For 10 days, from the 1st to the 10th of March (Lunar calendar), the Organizing Committee will offer free admission to visitors. Currently, on weekdays, visitors to the Hung Temple Relic Site pay 10,000 VND/person for entrance tickets, with a 50% discount for children and the elderly.
The Monument Management Board has also announced the hotline phone number, which is posted on notices and displayed at car and motorbike parking lots in many locations around the Hung Temple area. The hotline phone number is: 0210.3860026 or 0210.6551666. In cases where tourists are overcharged, children, the elderly are lost, or have their relatives stolen, etc., they can call the above hotline for support.
To ensure security, it is expected that Phu Tho Provincial Police will mobilize about 1,000 officers and soldiers to participate in the organization. The Hung Temple Relic Management Board is expected to mobilize about 4,000 people to participate, along with about 1,500 other supporting forces.
