Sharing her thoughts on the Love Story collection, designer Hai Yen said, “All the ideas that President Bui Thi Thanh Huong wanted have been understood and implemented by me and my colleagues. The designs still retain the national spirit through the materials, styles, and painted motifs on the shirts, but are modernized to suit contemporary life. Love Story, with its diversity in design, colors, and materials, is gentle for everyday life, elegant and sophisticated for holidays and festivals, and unique for beauty pageants.”

Love Story is an emotionally charged narrative about designer Minh Minh's love for the traditional Vietnamese ao dai dress. With over 20 years in the profession, dedicated to every stitch and every thread of fabric, it can be said that each ao dai is a breath, a lifeblood for designer Minh Minh. Especially in 2017, when the Queen of Roses, Bui Thi Thanh Huong, became Minh Minh's Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, she once again expressed her desire to preserve the traditional beauty while infusing each ao dai with a unique, modern, and fashionable touch.
Love Story is inspired by the love for the breathtaking natural beauty of Vietnam and the graceful charm of Hanoi girls. Crafted from soft silk, and adorned with intricate designs meticulously hand-painted and embroidered by skilled artisans, the designs captivate viewers with their intimate, endearing yet incredibly fashionable and modern appeal… perfect for strolls, parties, reunions with friends, and wedding ceremonies.

In addition, Love Story is also inspired by sunflowers. Against a backdrop of predominantly gold, the highlight is the vibrant sunflowers, celebrating the beauty of Vietnamese women who always shine with beautiful souls and hearts. Love Story is particularly inspired by the ancient streets of Hanoi, with the desire to preserve the ancient, rustic, yet intimate and sacred beauty of the city. These designs are the choice of many businesspeople, overseas Vietnamese, mothers, and grandmothers... who always cherish their love for the beloved capital.
Minh Minh Estyle's Love Story show, in its first edition, also featured a star-studded lineup of models, including successful businesswoman and beauty queen Vu Thuy Nga, Queen of Roses Bui Thi Thanh Huong, The New Face winner Anh Thu, along with many businesswomen and Venus models. The successful show left a deep impression on guests thanks to Minh Minh Estyle's perfect designs.
