Regarding the recent surge in homestays, Mr. Dat Bui stated: “Some houses are beautifully and meticulously built, but they don't attract many guests. Therefore, homestays should still return to their true meaning; they should first and foremost be your own 'home.' They should reflect your own unique style and personality, rather than being dependent on the market. They should only develop additional aspects based on market demand to enhance the experience for each guest. Each product should have its own unique style, offering guests diverse and varied experiences. Homestays attract a diverse range of visitors, and developing them in a unique way will appeal to a wider audience.”
