Speaking to Travellive, photographer Tran Linh said: “This is my third time taking photos at the Oolong tea hills in Sa Pa. I created this photo series to pursue my personal passion for photography and to share beautiful places with fellow photographers who want to visit the Oolong tea hills.”

Unlike the cherry blossoms of Japan or Korea, the plum blossoms in Vietnam resemble plum trees in shape, and their five-petaled flowers are like those of apricot blossoms, hence the name "plum blossom cherry blossom." A special feature of plum blossom cherry blossoms is that they usually bloom in clusters and are very abundant. The fragrance is not too strong, so even when blooming profusely along an entire street, it doesn't cause any discomfort.
