The two large round windows of the church look like the round eyes of little chickens, always with a slightly startled look. The small tiled roof in the middle looks exactly like a cute protruding beak. The church, called with the interesting name “chicken church”, is attracting a lot of attention online, many people even “pack up” to come to see this unique church with their own eyes.

This church was founded by a group of fishermen in 1944. It is also considered a maritime symbol to help guide fishermen home.
Although the church council did not intend to imitate the image of a rooster's face when building the church, the surprising similarity made the church officials feel very interesting.
Many fishermen in the area also consider the church as a compass, with the two wings representing East and West, the beak and tail representing North and South respectively.
