Shilla Monogram attracted over 1,000 applicants at its Job Fair.

Shilla Monogram is a 5-star resort brand of The Shilla Hotels & Resorts Group from South Korea. This marks The Shilla's first expansion outside of South Korea, and Da Nang city has been chosen as the location for this international brand's first resort in the region.

The recruitment event held on November 16th attracted over 1,000 candidates from the hotel and tourism industry who registered for and interviewed directly with department heads at Shilla. The diverse applicants ranged from recent graduates to seasoned professionals seeking career opportunities with this international brand from South Korea, making its debut in Vietnam.

A highlight of the event was the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between Shilla Monogram Quangnam Danang and the Institute of Tourism Training & Research - Duy Tan University. Following this collaboration, hundreds of Duy Tan University students will benefit from internship and training programs directly at the resort. In addition, numerous workshops sharing insights on the hospitality industry, career guidance for students, and practical experience sharing sessions with university lecturers will also be organized.

Following the success of the first Job Fair, Shilla Monogram Quangnam Danang will be holding its second job fair on December 14th, 2019.
