The conditions for using this free package are that users must be over 18 years old and have never created a Netflix account. Users need to download or upgrade the latest version of Netflix to sign up without entering credit card information or payment plans.
This new service package will limit some content and features. Specifically, users can only watch movies produced by Netflix, many titles from other producers will be locked and need to upgrade to paid packages to watch.
However, this free platform also owns many popular series and movies in the world, such as Squid Game, Money Heist, El Camino (the movie version of the famous series Breaking Bad - Learn to Be a Bad Person)... which will still be provided on the free version.
In the Vietnamese movies section, the paid version has movies like Hai Phuong, Song Lang, Mui Co Chay and many other famous commercial movies. Meanwhile, in this free package, there is currently only the movie Mat Biec by director Victor Vu.
Currently, free plan users cannot download movies to watch offline, but this feature will probably only be locked for a few months, after which Netflix will allow it to be used like paid plans. Along with that, users of this plan will not see ads while watching movies. The free Netflix plan is currently only available on Android devices, not iOS or smart TVs. When logging in to an account on another platform, the application will report an error.
Some other features in the paid version are also available on the free plan, such as the ability to create up to 5 profiles (temporary translation: Shared user profiles in each account), including profiles for children as well as the ability to set a passcode...

According to statistics, Netflix currently has 214 million paid subscribers in more than 190 countries. This is also one of the popular movie viewing services in Vietnam. However, Netflix's package is quite high compared to domestic movie viewing services such as FPT Play, Galaxy Play, VieOn.
