When the Amazing Tour 7 team visited this place, they also felt that; everything was graceful, fluid, orderly, and rhythmic like flowing water, feeling as if a cool stream was passing through their hearts.

Mizumi WestLake restaurant has two main spaces: an indoor area and an outdoor sky lounge. Each space is decorated in a distinct style. The indoor space is paneled with wood in a dominant brown tone, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere for dates or family gatherings. The Japanese style at Mizumi WestLake is based on craftsmanship, beauty, meticulousness, and sophistication. The overall design is simple and convenient, yet the lines draw attention to detail and intricate embellishments.

One of the most elaborate embellishments is the patchwork green marble countertop, interspersed with the uneven lines of tarnished brass metalwork in the Kintsugi art style. The imperfection of the objects is their beauty, an imperfect beauty of versatility. It all implies that we live in the moment, detached, serene amidst the changing times. The ups and downs of existence, the scars and blemishes, are something both people and objects are susceptible to. We simply need to keep our minds calm, focusing on the present moment with a warm, satisfying meal.
The restaurant's sky lounge is also incredibly unique. Mizũmi Sky Lounge is designed with inspiration from "Karesansui," a Japanese-style Zen garden with an infinity pool. Members of the group also had the opportunity to sip cocktails under the starry sky while gazing at the breezy West Lake.

With each dish, Mizũmi WestLake restaurant demonstrates respect for authenticity in every action, from cutting the ingredients to the pure flavors. To complete the culinary experience, the group members also made sure to choose a unique sake served at the bar.

The Amazing Tour 7 group chose the Sakura set for dinner. The menu was generous, featuring three appetizers, five main courses, and a dessert. The most impressive appetizer was the "Uni chawanmushi," a steamed egg dish (Chawanmushi) combined with sea urchin, shiitake mushrooms, and oyster mushrooms. All of these elements created a novel, harmonious, and refined culinary experience.
The five main courses begin with a mixed sushi and Aburi sashimi platter. Both dishes are generous in portion and offer authentic Japanese sushi flavors, rarely replicated with such precision. Beyond the sushi, sashimi, and seafood, the Amazing Tour 7 team was particularly impressed by the main course, "A4 Wagyu Kamichiku." This dish features premium A4 Kamichiku beef tenderloin from Japan, served with a garlic and mustard sauce. It delivers a spicy yet incredibly tender and sweet aftertaste. The restaurant's menu arrangement allows diners to experience a flavorful adventure that is both emotionally rich and subtly elegant.
