The opening ceremony of the 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 31) with the theme: “For a stronger Southeast Asia!” - the largest regional sporting event in 2022 officially opened on the evening of May 12. This is the second time Hanoi has hosted the Southeast Asian Games since 2003.
The ceremony was held solemnly and magnificently at My Dinh National Stadium (Hanoi), with the participation of more than 4,900 athletes from 11 countries, along with impressive performances and sparkling sound and light effects.



The Congress takes place from May 5 to 23, 2022 in Hanoi and neighboring localities including Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Hoa Binh, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho and Bac Giang. In particular, the capital Hanoi will hold the opening and closing ceremonies on May 12 and May 23, respectively.
Participating in promoting this year's SEA Games, Ngo Tran Hai An - a Travel Blogger and photojournalist - was invited by Tiktok Vietnam to produce content. Photojournalist Ngo Tran Hai An shared that when shooting sports, equipment is an extremely important factor. He said that the equipment for this shoot cost more than 1 billion VND.
