Currently, there are two units operating the double-decker tourist bus route, so the free bus of the Organizing Committee has the identifying feature of red color with the name "Hanoi City Tour", a flag with the SEA Games logo on the front windshield, the name and logo Transerco with the words "Bus serving Sea Games 31" in Vietnamese and "Official bus tour for Sea Games 31" in English on the body of the vehicle.
This is an activity of Hanoi city to promote the 31st Southeast Asian Games; at the same time, it is an opportunity to promote and introduce tourism of the capital to international friends.
