From June 3 to June 5, the cultural, tourism and sports program “Nha Trang - Welcome Summer 2022” officially opened. The event includes activities such as: Khanh Hoa folk culture program “Magical color night”, fashion show “Sea color”.
In addition, Khanh Hoa province also organizes art programs such as "Nha Trang - Brilliant Colors", Ocean Holic Nha Trang 2022 music festival. On this occasion, the coastal city will arrange impressive and outstanding decorations to serve people and tourists to take beautiful souvenir photos.
Tourists explore culture, life and cuisine in Nha Trang
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, said that the series of sea tourism events in Nha Trang in 2022 is a special invitation to all tourists.
"Tourists not only admire the scenic spots, artistic relics, and cultural features, but also immerse themselves in the unique seawater and diverse local cuisine," Mr. Ha shared.
On the other hand, from June 16 to June 19, Khanh Hoa province will organize the Miss Vietnam Sea Tourism contest with the participation of many famous beauties as ambassadors and members of the jury. Nha Trang city will also organize an exhibition "Cultural characteristics of typical ethnic minorities in the South Central and Central Highlands regions". In particular, a coffee festival and a beverage and culinary competition will take place during this time.
Regarding sports, the Provincial People's Committee organizes national football and beach sepak takraw championships and running competitions with up to 10,000 participants. In addition, the group of events and activities during the summer is a series of activities and events on the occasion of the September 2nd holiday with the theme "Nha Trang - Autumn is back" including 11 different activities and events.
Beautiful Nha Trang beach will be the venue for many sports events.
Mr. Le Huu Hoang, Permanent Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa People's Committee, said that tourism activities are one of the priorities for recovery and development promotion of the province.
"The series of sea tourism events is considered one of the solutions to restore and promote tourism activities, attracting tourists to Khanh Hoa province. The program has more than 120 activities built into a series of events, operating in 5 periods", Mr. Le Huu Hoang shared.
