From December 1, 2020 to January 3, 2021, the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism organizes cultural spaces and activities of ethnic groups by village with the theme "Village and Flowers". The event brings together about 100 people of 16 ethnic groups from all three regions of the country.

The festival is open free of charge.

The Ao Dai Festival and Hue Food Festival 2020 took place at the ironwood pedestrian bridge area, Nguyen Dinh Chieu walking street; Hue City Center for Culture, Information and Sports; Tu Tuong Park; Diem Phung Thi Art Space and Phan Boi Chau Park.
