Chrysanthemum - Hanoi
In late November, as the cold winds arrive, the pure white daisies begin to bloom. Daisies are originally wildflowers, odorless and without fragrance. It's unclear when exactly, but these flowers have become a familiar sight in the heart of the capital every autumn. During the days when daisies bloom, Hanoi becomes even more gently beautiful.

The simple white color permeates the streets, carried by flower vendors on their carts and flower-laden vehicles. Under the crape myrtle trees at the Yen Phu intersection or along Phan Dinh Phung and Thanh Nien streets, carts overflowing with white flowers become an unmistakable symbol of Hanoi every winter.

MUSTARD FLOWERS - Son La
In Long Luong commune, Van Ho district, Son La province, this season is once again flooded with... Mustard flowers. The mustard flower season in Long Luong usually begins around October and blooms profusely in November and December every year. The blooming mustard fields stretch out like a carpet as far as the eye can see.

The local people cultivate rapeseed flowers, covering the hillsides in a blanket of white and yellow that stretches across the fields, from one valley to another. Every late autumn and early winter, this place is as beautiful as a prairie painting, pristine and romantic. It's no wonder people often say that a trip to Long Luong or Moc Chau isn't complete without seeing the rapeseed flowers.

buckwheat flowers - Ha Giang
When thinking of Northwest Vietnam, one cannot forget the buckwheat flower season in Ha Giang, which blooms from the end of October and lasts until the end of the year. The color of the flowers gradually changes over time, initially white, then light pink, dark pink, and finally turning purplish red. During these days, the flowers are at their most beautiful, with buckwheat fields everywhere, covering the entire landscape of the high plateau with a sea of pink.

In recent years, buckwheat has been grown in many places, but the feeling of standing high up, amidst the cool mountain air, and gazing out at the slopes covered with clusters of blooming flowers, remains an addictive experience that leaves people captivated and unable to let go.
Wild sunflowers - Da Lat
The final landmark on Vietnam's "flower map," obviously, is the golden hue of the wild sunflowers in Da Lat.
Known as the city of a thousand flowers, Da Lat undoubtedly holds a special fondness for wild sunflowers. It is precisely this vibrant yellow color that gives so many tourists a reason to return to Da Lat during the end of the year.

Wild sunflowers are one of the famous beautiful wildflowers found throughout the Central Highlands and many mountainous provinces of Northwest Vietnam, yet this flower is considered a symbol of Da Lat. Only here can visitors fully appreciate their beauty. A sea of yellow stretches along both sides of the road, shimmering endlessly on the mountain slopes around Lang Biang.

"The flower's soul dreams of a distant place."
The season of wild sunflowers bathed in bright sunshine is over.
I'm not coming home.
Bewildered, golden wings fall...
