Recently, Express US reported that Electronics Hub – a technology-focused website – analyzed data from Skytrax's Airlines Quality to create a ranking of Wi-Fi connectivity at airports.
Noi Bai International Airport surprisingly ranked 6th with a score of 4.15/5 stars. Many travelers commented that the free Wi-Fi at Noi Bai is "better than at home," providing fast and high-speed connections.
The only airport in Vietnam to make the top 10 with a score of 4.15/5.
This is not the first time Vietnam's Noi Bai Airport has been honored. Most recently, in February 2024, Business Financing, a UK-based website specializing in corporate finance research and lending, announced that Noi Bai Airport surpassed Singapore's Changi Airport to be voted the best airport in the world. This result surprised many people.
The top spot in the ranking goes to Ljubljana Airport in Slovenia, with the world's best Wi-Fi rated 4.46 out of 5 stars.
This airport offers free public Wi-Fi throughout its entire premises, which was upgraded in 2021. Travelers have rated the airport as "great for its unlimited free Wi-Fi that doesn't require login and remains stable all the way to the boarding tunnel."
