Explaining the scarcity of air tickets and the high price of air tickets even during non-holidays, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam said that at present, the fleet of Vietnamese airlines is 213 aircraft, a decrease of 18 aircraft compared to 2023. The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam recommends that organizations and individuals using air transport services research and choose forms and means suitable for their travel plans to destinations, including Con Dao, and proactively monitor information on airlines' operating plans to arrange plans and book tickets early when choosing to travel by air.

Organizations and individuals should buy tickets through ticket offices and official agents of the airline to ensure their rights and inform the Civil Aviation Authority, regional airport authorities or other competent state agencies via hotline in case of problems affecting passenger rights.
