Designer Joe Chia officially returns to Vietnam International Fashion Week Fall Winter 2016

The mysterious and highly applicable black monochrome party at the recent Vietnam International Fashion Week Spring Summer has made the audience "restless" waiting for his upcoming Fall Winter collection, also at the prestigious Vietnam International Fashion Fall Winter catwalk, taking place from November 1-6 at the National Convention Center, Hanoi.
