Located on the 4th floor of The Reverie Saigon Hotel, Long Trieu Restaurant offers diners a Cantonese-style vegetarian menu with 6 vegetarian dishes including Goat belly mushroom dumplings - Stir-fried mixed mushrooms and vegetables - Tofu skin mixed with royal vegetables, Bamboo shoot mushroom stewed with young cabbage, Vegetarian mixed mushroom stuffed tomatoes, Stir-fried Cordyceps with celery, Mixed mushroom rice with pine mushroom, and dessert with fresh milk stewed with coconut.
