Accordingly, the Tu Lan Cave Discovery Tourism Product Project under the Ecotourism, Resort and Entertainment Project in the Tu Lan Forest Area is implemented in Tan Hoa Commune, Minh Hoa District. The project includes tourism products: 1-day tour program: 02 sightseeing spots (Mouse Cave and Hung Ton Cave); 2-day 1-night tour program: 04 sightseeing spots (Hung Ton Cave, Tu Lan Cave, Ken Cave and Kim Cave); 3-day 2-night tour program: 06 sightseeing spots (Mouse Cave, Hung Ton Cave, Tu Lan Cave, Kim Cave, Ken Cave and Song Cave); 4-day 3-night tour program: 07 sightseeing spots (Mouse Cave, Hung Ton Cave, Tu Lan Cave, Kim Cave, Ken Cave, Uoi Cave and Secret Cave); Tu Lan 1-day and Tu Lan 2-day 1-night tour programs for guests aged 6 and over: Number of attractions as 1-day and 2-day 1-night programs.
Tu Lan Cave Exploration Tourism Product Project
The project aims to continue to effectively exploit the tourism product of the Tu Lan cave system and enhance the brand recognition of Quang Binh tourism destination; preserve and sustainably promote forest ecosystems and tourism resources associated with sustainable tourism development and forest protection in the Tu Lan forest area, Tan Hoa commune, Minh Hoa district; create a stable source of income to pay for forest protection tasks for organizations and individuals participating in forest protection activities; increase State budget revenue, create stable jobs and increase income for local people through participating in the activities of the Forest Management Board, share benefits from the forest, thereby contributing to promoting socio-economic development in the area; contribute to improving livelihoods, reducing poverty for communities and maintaining stability in political security, social order and safety in the area, minimizing negative impacts of people on forest protection and development.
The project has a total investment of 25 billion VND. The expected number of visitors is 10,000 - 12,000 visitors/year (2024 - 2028 period). The implementation period is 30 years, with a 5-year periodic assessment of the project implementation results.
The project is implemented in a joint venture between the forest owner, the Minh Hoa District Forest Protection Management Board, and the joint venture, Chua Me Dat One Member Co., Ltd.
