German circus replaces live animals with 3D images

To protest animal abuse, the Roncalli circus in Germany uses extremely eye-catching 3D effects to replace live animals.

In the minds of many, circuses are characterized by clowns, magicians, acrobats, and especially tamed animals that obey commands. However, there are increasing accusations that circuses - in order to train these animals - use violence and cruel animal abuse, leading to a decline in circus attendance worldwide.

But Circus Roncalli, which has been operating since 1976 and is Germany's most popular animal circus, recently decided to take the bold step of using 3D technology instead of live animals...

The use of 3D imagery also introduced many surreal elements into the show, such as a giant goldfish swimming in mid-air.
