The traditional tea village of Cay Thi hamlet (Phuc Xuan commune) has been selected as a participant in the tea culture festival. Responding to festival activities such as product displays, tea ceremony demonstrations, tea brewing art, "Golden Hands" competition (tea roasting), and "Golden Tea Bud" (delicious tea) competitions, the farmers of Cay Thi hamlet are enthusiastically preparing ingredients and practicing their skills, hoping to bring their renowned tea products and exquisite tea processing techniques to the festival.

Mr. Do Xuan Ngu (Head of Cay Thi hamlet, Phuc Xuan commune) said that upon receiving the invitation from the Festival Organizing Committee and the direction of the City People's Committee, he organized a hamlet meeting to approve the program.

For the past month, the villagers have been eagerly discussing and selecting the finest and most special batches of tea to participate in the festival. Those chosen to participate in the competitions diligently practice, not only with the goal of becoming true artisans but also to improve their production skills.

As a tea-producing village selected to participate in the tea culture festival, Mr. Do Van Doan (Head of Hong Thai 1 hamlet, Tan Cuong commune) said that during the 2011 Tea Festival, many visiting groups came to Hong Thai 1 hamlet to admire and discuss the tea industry, the art of tea brewing, and tea tasting.

The festival is an opportunity for tea products and the work of tea makers to be recognized and honored. Aware of this value and significance, the farmers of Hong Thai 1 have been diligently preparing all the necessary conditions to introduce their tea products and tea-making craft to visitors.

Mr. Le Quang Nghin (Hong Thai 2 Hamlet, Tan Cuong Commune) said that, similar to the first Festival, his family's spacious tea plantation, located right next to the road leading to the commune center, has been chosen as a tourist attraction and the venue for the tea picking and processing competition.

With financial support from the Thai Nguyen City People's Committee, for over a month, he has been tending to his tea plantation according to the guidance of professional staff. Besides providing farmers with financial and technical support, the Festival is an opportunity for tea growers to learn and improve their experience and skills in tea production and processing.

Mr. Nghin proudly stated that, with the current methods of care and maintenance, when the Festival takes place, his family's tea hill will be a model tea hill, ideal for female tea growers and tea masters to freely showcase their skillful techniques with tea plants and buds.
