As the “slow travel” trend gains traction and is widely discussed, digital travel platform Agoda has released a list of eight Asian destinations that travelers love for longer, leisurely trips. Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City was ranked 7th on the list.

Khao Lak in Thailand tops the list, followed by Seoul in South Korea, then Perhentian Islands in Malaysia and Tokyo in Japan. These are places that not only attract tourists but also make them want to stay longer to explore and experience.
In Vietnam, besides Ho Chi Minh City as the place where tourists stay the most days on average, Bac Ninh and Phu Quoc Island ranked 2nd and 3rd respectively.
