On the evening of December 26, 2025, M Village officially introduced SAVVY – a new hotel line within the company's multi-brand accommodation ecosystem, with its first location at 27-33 Hai Ba Trung Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. This is a central city area, directly connected to many familiar destinations such as Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Notre Dame Cathedral, Independence Palace, Vincom Dong Khoi, and Diamond Plaza.
The first SAVVY by M Village location opened on Hai Ba Trung Street, one of the busiest streets in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.
SAVVY Hai Bà Trưng has 42 rooms, including Superior City View, Deluxe City View, Deluxe + Banquette, Junior Suite + Banquette, and Junior Suite City View. Some rooms offer river views, catering to the short- and medium-term stay needs of international tourists, young domestic travelers, and creative work groups who frequently commute within the city.
The rooms are equipped with common hotel-standard amenities such as TV, minibar, safe, Harman Kardon speakers, amenity kit, pillow selection, and room service tailored to guests' needs. The interior design focuses on a modern style, optimizing functionality and creating a comfortable resting space.

In addition to the guest rooms, the hotel offers various common areas such as a work area, lounge, entertainment area with billiards and indoor games, vending machines, a 24/7 self-service laundry area, and parking. Within the hotel grounds is Sushi Shinkon restaurant, serving Japanese cuisine and an Omakase menu.

According to M Village representatives, SAVVY is the next step in the company's strategy to expand its accommodation ecosystem, alongside existing brands such as M Village Hotel, M Village Living, Express by M Village, and Signature by M Village. The launch of SAVVY in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City demonstrates a focus on attracting customers seeking flexible accommodation experiences, prioritizing living spaces and accompanying services.

In 2026, M Village plans to expand SAVVY to major cities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Nha Trang, while also researching the development of this model in several tourist destinations such as Hoi An and Da Lat.
Established in 2021, M Village currently operates nearly 50 properties with over 2,000 rooms in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang. In 2025 alone, the company opened eight new branches, demonstrating steady expansion amidst a volatile urban accommodation market.
