Therefore, the menu changes seasonally, harmonizing with the rhythm of nature. With a particular focus on health, 50% of the dishes at the resort's restaurants are vegan.
In particular, The Farmouse restaurant serves only vegan dishes made with 100% ingredients from the resort's organic garden.

In 2022, the resort marked a significant milestone with the official opening of Ninh Van Greens – the first solar-powered farm complex in Vietnam built within the resort.
