This is the first time the investor has organized an experiential event since the project was completed after 2 years of construction. The program is for honored guests, strategic partners and representatives of leading domestic and foreign corporations and companies.
The event was attended by the Singapore Embassy: Mr. Tan Weiming - Deputy Ambassador of Singapore to Vietnam, Ms. Lee Zhu'ai Sian - First Secretary (Politics and Economics); the Japanese Embassy: Mr. Okabe Daisuke - Economic Minister, Mr. Toriyama Jin - Secretary of the Japanese Embassy.

At the event, guests were introduced to the outstanding design features of an international Grade A office building such as the largest “column-free” floor in Vietnam; 15cm raised floor system; unique and flexible mezzanine design; air filtration system capable of filtering ultra-fine dust; high-speed elevators; smart cameras with facial recognition; professional management by Visaho (Japan)...
The event attracted more than 120 guests to attend and experience the outstanding design features of the Capital Place Class A office building.
Capital Place is also the first building in Hanoi to be built according to LEED Gold standards (USA), meeting strict criteria on location, energy and water efficiency, creativity and sustainability. In 2019, Capital Place was awarded “Best Office Project in Asia” at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and won many other categories.
Guests visited and experienced typical model floors at 2 towers.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Ronald Tay, CEO of CapitaLand Vietnam, said: “Capital Place is CapitaLand’s first office building in Hanoi. Building on the achievements we have made in the past, we hope to continue expanding the Group’s presence in Vietnam to new areas such as industrial park development, commerce and logistics over the next 25 years.”
Representing the strategic partner, Mr. Yusuke Gunji, General Director of Mitsubishi Estate Vietnam, shared that although the Group has cooperated with CapitaLand in developing many projects around the world, this is the first office project that the two sides have coordinated in Vietnam. He also assessed that the completion time of Capital Place could not be better. The tower brings to tenants and their customers a new experience and a different definition of office space in Hanoi. In addition, recent events affecting the global economy have increasingly raised the urgent need for a perfect product like Capital Place.
