This is the first time the developer has organized an experiential event since the project was completed after two years of construction. The program is for distinguished guests, strategic partners, and representatives of leading domestic and international corporations and companies.
Attending the event were representatives from the Singapore Embassy: Mr. Tan Weiming - Deputy Ambassador of Singapore to Vietnam, Ms. Lee Zhu'ai Sian - First Secretary (Political and Economic); and from the Japanese Embassy: Mr. Okabe Daisuke - Economic Counselor, Mr. Toriyama Jin - Secretary of the Japanese Embassy.

At the event, guests were introduced to the outstanding design features of an international Grade A office building, such as the largest "column-free" floor area in Vietnam; a 15cm raised floor system; a unique and flexible mezzanine design; an air filtration system capable of filtering ultra-fine dust; high-speed elevators; smart cameras with facial recognition; and professional management by Visaho (Japan)...
The event attracted over 120 guests who came to attend and experience the outstanding design features of the Class A office building, Capital Place.
Capital Place is also the first building in Hanoi built to LEED Gold standards (USA), meeting stringent criteria regarding location, energy and water efficiency, innovation, and sustainability. In 2019, Capital Place was awarded “Best Office Project in Asia” at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, and also won in many other categories.
Guests took a tour and experienced the model floors in the two towers.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Ronald Tay, General Director of CapitaLand Vietnam, said: “Capital Place is CapitaLand’s first office building in Hanoi. Building on the achievements we have made in the past, we hope to continue expanding the Group’s presence in Vietnam into new areas such as industrial park development, trade and logistics over the next 25 years.”
Representing the strategic partner, Mr. Yusuke Gunji, General Director of Mitsubishi Estate Vietnam, shared that although the Group has collaborated with CapitaLand on numerous projects worldwide, this is the first office project the two sides have jointly undertaken in Vietnam. He also assessed the completion time of Capital Place as exceptionally good. The tower offers tenants and their clients a new experience and a different definition of office space in Hanoi. Furthermore, recent events impacting the global economy have created an urgent need for a perfect product like Capital Place.
