The high-speed ferry named Trưng Trắc, built at the Z189 shipyard of the Ministry of National Defense, officially launched on December 5th. This new route connects three regions: Can Tho, Tran De, and Con Dao, with a journey lasting 3 hours and 30 minutes on Vietnam's largest twin-hulled high-speed ferry.
The total fare for the entire route is 610,000 VND per trip for economy class, 520,000 VND per trip for senior citizens and children, and 990,000 VND per trip for VIP seats.
The Can Tho - Tran De - Con Dao route will serve tourists starting from December 11th, departing from Ninh Kieu wharf (Can Tho) at 7:00 AM and from Dam wharf (Con Dao) at 1:30 PM.

The Trưng Trắc cruise ship has a hull made of imported Italian aluminum alloy, and the interior features spacious furnishings with premium leather seats. The VIP compartment has seats that recline 130 degrees, soundproof flooring, and dedicated touchscreen entertainment systems...
Powered by four German-made Rolls-Royce MTU engines, the vessel meets the standards of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). With a power output of 7402 horsepower, the ship has a speed of 35 knots (60 km/h) and can operate safely in sea conditions up to Beaufort scale 8.

The train will allow tourists to experience a scenic journey at sea. This will be a new option for passengers, helping to boost tourism growth in the connected localities.
