The Trung Trac high-speed boat built at the Z189 factory - Ministry of National Defense was officially launched on December 5. This new route connects three regions of Can Tho - Tran De - Con Dao through a journey lasting 3 hours and 30 minutes on the largest catamaran high-speed boat in Vietnam.
The total fare for economy class is 610,000 VND/trip, the fare for the elderly and children is 520,000 VND/trip and the VIP class has a fare of 990,000 VND/trip.
The Can Tho - Tran De - Con Dao route will serve tourists starting from December 11, departing from Ninh Kieu wharf (Can Tho) at 7:00 a.m. and Dam wharf (Con Dao) at 1:30 p.m.
The Trung Trac ship has a hull made of aluminum alloy imported from Italy, with a spacious interior equipped with high-quality leather seats. The VIP cabin has a 130-degree reclining seat system, soundproof floors, and a dedicated touch screen entertainment screen...
The ship is powered by four German Rolls-Royce MTU engines that meet the standards of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). With a capacity of 7,402 horsepower, the ship has a speed of 35 knots (60 km/h), operating safely in conditions of level 8 winds and waves.
