Mr. Nguyen Truong Son, Executive Director of Tu San Agricultural and Tourism Service Cooperative, said that this reconnection is also based on the agreed working content between Meo Vac District People's Committee, Nho Que 1 Hydropower Joint Stock Company and Tu San Agricultural and Tourism Service Cooperative on September 20. The parties have agreed on a (temporary) management plan for the activity of transporting tourists to visit Tu San alley in Nho Que 1 Hydropower reservoir.

Previously, on September 19, the People's Committee of Meo Vac district issued an urgent document requesting relevant units to soon agree on a plan for operating tourist boats on Nho Que 1 river. Accordingly, the two sides were requested to agree to restore tourist transportation on Nho Que 1 hydroelectric reservoir, starting from 7:00 a.m. on September 21.
On September 15, the District People's Committee also issued a document approving the extension of the passenger transport contract between Tu San Agricultural and Tourism Service Cooperative and Nho Que 1 Hydropower Joint Stock Company from September 16 to December 31, 2023. However, due to not finding a "common voice in cooperation", Tu San Agricultural and Tourism Service Cooperative suddenly announced that it would stop transporting tourists on Nho Que 1 River, the path through Nho Que 1 Hydropower Plant, from September 16.
