Ms. Rebecca Ball, Senior Trade Counselor of Austrade, shared in the Taste of Australia video series - in collaboration with Vietcetera that seafood is an important industry in Australia.
“Australia’s seafood industry is well managed and has strict sustainability criteria for aquaculture and fisheries to promote stable stocking rates and provide sufficient supply to meet domestic and international demand. Most importantly, we have the world’s most stringent sustainability and quality assurance framework in the industry. Thanks to advanced technology, Australian live seafood can still maintain its freshness and excellent quality thanks to improved product handling, careful supply chain management and speed of product delivery to consumers. Fresh seafood can be ready to serve Vietnamese diners just 72 hours after leaving Australian ports,” said Ms. Rebecca Ball.
This promotional campaign is organized with the aim of bringing more quality, clean, fresh and sustainable Australian seafood to more Vietnamese consumers.
