TikToker Hoang Minh has been repeatedly criticized for his controversial videos. Recently, he continued to post staged content that tarnishes the image of Da Lat (Lam Dong province).

Speaking to Zing, Mr. Le Anh Kiet, Head of the Culture and Information Department of Da Lat City (Lam Dong province), said that the video by TikToker Hoang Minh, filmed at Cau Dat tea hill (Tram Hanh, Da Lat), is inaccurate.

In the video, Hoang Minh staged a scene where a stranger demanded 100,000 VND per person from tourists checking in at Cau Dat tea plantation.

During questioning by the Tram Hanh commune police, TikToker Hoang Minh confessed that at around 6:00 AM on September 19th, he and two female friends went to the "Cloud Hunting Paradise" tourist spot. When informed of the entrance fee of 120,000 VND, Minh found it expensive and drove to the Cau Dat tea plantation area to take pictures instead.

Hoang Minh continues to post "dirty" clickbait videos on TikTok.

Here, Minh came up with the idea of filming a video to gain views on social media. He asked two women (whom he didn't know) to participate in filming the video with their faces hidden. Pham Thi Tram Ny, one of the two women accompanying Minh, filmed the video.

In the video, two women are seen arguing heatedly after being asked to pay for a photo. The two women repeatedly protest the request, calling it "unreasonable" and "outrageous." Although the video's ending is unclear, the content has led to misunderstandings online and created a negative image for tourism in Da Lat.

After working with the police, Minh admitted that the video was completely false. He also promised not to repeat the offense. Currently, the video has been removed from social media platforms.

Previously, on August 22nd, the Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department (Lam Dong Provincial Police) served an administrative penalty decision on Hoang Minh for posting false and misleading content on social media.

On August 5th, this TikTok account posted a video titled "What do you think about people from Central Vietnam?". In this video, Hoang Minh interviewed several people and asked them to comment on the personality and character of people from Central Vietnam, and the TikTok account owner also directly gave their assessment.
