Mobile mini-supermarkets are a new model implemented by Grove Fresh, a chain of fruit and vegetable stores, in collaboration with the City's Department of Industry and Trade. Each day, the supermarket operates at a different location designated by the Department of Industry and Trade, usually far from markets and supermarkets. These mini-supermarkets operate from 9 am to 4 pm, providing fresh meat, vegetables, fruits, and many other essential goods.

Earlier on August 7th, the supermarket set up shop at 33 Chuong Duong Street (Linh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc City). In just one morning, the supermarket supplied over 100 kg of various meats and over 400 kg of vegetables and fruits to the local residents.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoan (Linh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc City) said that this was her first time shopping at a mobile mini-supermarket, and she was very surprised by the stable prices and the freshness of the vegetables and fruits. "Today I planned to just buy meat and go home, but when I got there I saw how fresh the vegetables and fruits were, so I bought a lot more. Here I found many kinds of fresh vegetables at reasonable prices, and I'm very satisfied with this supermarket," Ms. Ngoan shared.

A representative from Grove Fresh stated that, to ensure safety, approximately 2-3 customers will board the shopping cart at the front door, shop in one direction, and exit through the back door. Additionally, each cart is equipped with a hand sanitizer dispenser at the entrance.
The company stated that they removed the seats from the buses, installed shelves, and created a new type of convenient mobile supermarket with a full range of goods. Additionally, each type of vegetable and fruit will be packaged in individual portions for customers to easily and quickly select.

In addition to supplying food to individuals in need, Grove Fresh will donate approximately 30 shopping vouchers (each worth 300,000 VND) to impoverished families and disadvantaged workers in each area where the mobile food truck operates.
