Recently, the couple Tuan Anh and My Anh held an outdoor wedding in Da Lat. They chose Da Lat hoping for a cozy and romantic setting surrounded by loved ones.
Both living and working in Saigon, the couple met during their school years and officially tied the knot in June of this year. Before holding the ceremony in Da Lat, the couple had a private traditional reception in Saigon. Following that, an intimate wedding ceremony took place with a limited number of guests, consisting of family and close friends, at 55.
An intimate atmosphere, true to the style of the bride and groom, will evoke many emotions for the guests.
“A wedding only happens once in a lifetime, so I wanted it to be special and meaningful. I chose Da Lat as the location because most people tend to go there for relaxation due to its cool weather. When you think of Da Lat, you immediately think of romance and dreaminess, and it's also an ideal destination for all ages,” My Anh said.
Since Tuan Anh and My Anh are the same age, most of the guests were friends of the same age. This made the atmosphere even more joyful, lively, and romantic.

Bride My Anh excitedly recounted: “For our guests, everyone felt it was unique, romantic, and the wedding felt a little special and cozy. It was unique because a typical wedding is a place where you attend and then leave, but this type of wedding created a connection between the bride, groom, and guests through a ceremony where they could talk and interact with each other. Another reason was that we limited the number of guests quite a bit because only those who are truly close to us understand the journey of how we met.”
To hold an outdoor wedding in Da Lat, the couple prepared everything within two and a half months. The first step was choosing the location, then the Wedding Planner provided specific guidance and implemented the various stages.
For outdoor wedding receptions, the budget will depend on each individual's requirements regarding decoration and style, which they will discuss with the Wedding Planner to allocate accordingly.

My Anh said that with traditional parties, the price per person usually includes the venue, decorations, food, lighting, music, etc. Outdoor parties, however, involve more expenses and require more effort.
For example, in terms of decoration, lighting, sound, contingency plans for rain, wind direction, sun exposure, guest seating, and stage layout are all crucial elements for a party; or ensuring the venue offers sufficient privacy; and guaranteeing guests arrive on time for the ceremony so they don't miss the sunset…

For an outdoor wedding, a wedding planner is extremely important. Using this service saves you a lot of time and effort.
