Filipino Food Week at Parkroyal Saigon

From June 15-21, Parkroyal Saigon will host a Philippine culinary week, featuring two talented chefs, Renato Guillera and Teddy Castro, from the Pan Pacific Manila hotel.

Coming to this culinary week, you will enjoy traditional and typical dishes of the Philippines such as mango salad with shrimp and salted egg; Crispy Pata - crispy fried pork leg, Adobo - a unique sauce cooked with pork or chicken, Kare-Kare is a Filipino stew with peanut sauce and many other dishes that will satisfy and enrich your culinary taste.

In addition, fresh seafood counter including crab, salmon, oysters, shrimp, many kinds of snails and especially beef and lamb imported from New Zealand are still served in the dinner buffet.
