Philippine Food Week at Parkroyal Saigon

From June 15-21, Parkroyal Saigon is hosting a Filipino food week, featuring two talented chefs, Renato Guillera and Teddy Castro, from the Pan Pacific Manila hotel.

At this food week, you'll get to enjoy traditional and signature Filipino dishes such as mango salad with shrimp and salted egg; Crispy Pata - crispy fried pork leg; Adobo - a unique sauce cooked with pork or chicken; Kare-Kare - a Filipino stew with peanut sauce; and many other dishes that will satisfy and enrich your culinary taste.

In addition, the fresh seafood counter, including crab, salmon, oysters, shrimp, various types of shellfish, and especially beef and lamb imported from New Zealand, are still served in the dinner buffet.
