Specifically, at the Hoan Kiem store launch event, UNIQLO introduced the UTme! Collection for the first time, featuring 5 winning designs from the UTme! t-shirt design contest to celebrate 50 years of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan. This collection is planned to be expanded to three major stores nationwide, including UNIQLO Vincom Pham Ngoc Thach, UNIQLO Saigon Centre, and UNIQLO Dong Khoi. All proceeds from the collection (up to the end of December 2023) will be donated to the HOPE Foundation to help build a new school for students in Mu Cang Chai district, providing them with better learning opportunities.

Officially launched in Vietnam in 2021, in collaboration with the Hope Foundation (HOPE) and other partners, the RE.UNIQLO project collects unwanted UNIQLO products from customers to donate to underprivileged children and families. By May 2023, the RE.UNIQLO project had donated 15,000 collected items to children and families in impoverished border regions of Ha Giang, Dien Bien, Son La, and Binh Phuoc provinces.

In early 2023, UNIQLO launched its "Bringing Clean Drinking Water to the Mekong Delta" project, in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Association for the Support of Poor Patients, to provide clean drinking water to people affected by drought and saltwater intrusion in the Mekong Delta. In the first phase of the project, starting in January 2023, 10 primary and kindergarten schools in Chau Thanh district, Ben Tre province, were equipped with direct drinking water filtration systems. This clean drinking water system contributes to protecting the health of nearly 3,000 students and teachers severely affected in heavily saline-affected areas. As a result, schools will no longer have to purchase clean water for daily use.
