The "For a Victorious Vietnam" competition was co-organized by the Hopeful Sun program (formerly Mr. Sun, founded by Mr. Minh Nhan), the Hope Foundation - VnExpress newspaper, and the Foreign Trade University; with media sponsorship from VTV Digital. After two months, the competition attracted 2,300 entries (in both categories) with over 1,000 contestants from 45 provinces and cities nationwide. Among them were many ethnic minority students from remote provinces and cities such as Dien Bien, Lai Chau, and Gia Lai…
During the gala night, the organizers of the "For a Victorious Vietnam" competition announced the winners. These included two special prizes of the highest value (30 million VND in cash each), two first prizes, four second prizes, six third prizes, and ten consolation prizes. The total value of the cash prizes exceeded 240 million VND, in addition to other material prizes.
The artworks are on display at the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum (66 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Hanoi).
The "For a Victorious Vietnam" Gala not only summarized and presented awards from the competition, but also offered a special artistic program featuring many famous artists such as Meritorious Artist Chieu Xuan, singers Ha Anh Tuan, Dong Hung, Bao Tram Idol, and singer Y Byen from Gia Lai…
As an ambassador for the competition, singer Ha Anh Tuan said he had been very surprised by the works submitted by child cancer patients and disadvantaged children. "At an age when they should be eating, studying, and playing, they have to endure both physical and mental pain. I think we should listen, love, and change ourselves because of the strong will to live of these children," Ha Anh Tuan shared.

"Every child wants to be listened to, to express their talents and interests, and to tell their stories. This is especially true for children with cancer and other serious illnesses... particularly during these days when the whole society is struggling to fight the Covid-19 pandemic," shared Mr. Minh Nhan, the founder of the competition. "Inside these sick and painful bodies are sensitive, optimistic souls, full of dreams and aspirations, always urging us to overcome and move forward together. Let's listen, empathize, and accompany them. That is the spirit and mission of the 'For a Victorious Vietnam' program."
The first prize-winning artwork in the Painting category was by Nguyen Hong Anh (15 years old, from Ha Tinh, an orphan). The artwork is titled "Awareness is key, the positive test result is no longer valid".
"I miss all my old friends."
And the image of the teacher
The essay on the page
The sun dropped by to take a look.
Remember those days when we...
Strolling under the trees
How could I forget?
The stone benches were buzzing with activity.
How long the longing lasts!
The old man is sad... waiting and longing.
The little darlings
A bustling, joyful festival!
