Located within a large urban complex, the Vaquarius Van Giang project sits on Road 379B, near the Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway, offering convenient transportation. Vaquarius boasts a large land area, intelligent planning, and integrated infrastructure. Over 50% of the land area is dedicated to green spaces and lakes interspersed among the residential areas, ensuring that each villa and townhouse is filled with natural light and fresh air. This urban area is poised to become a highly profitable investment in the future thanks to its location, design, and a range of top-notch amenities in the southeastern part of the city.
Currently, Hanoi is the second most populous city in the country (after Ho Chi Minh City) with over 8.3 million inhabitants. Its average population density is 8.2 times higher than the national average. The scarcity of land in the inner city has led to very high real estate prices in this area. Urban development projects further from the city center align with this inevitable trend and the business strategies of investors.
