VIFW 2016 flourishes with the opening collection of designer Nguyen Cong Tri

The opening night of the biggest Vietnamese fashion event took place at 8pm on November 2nd at the National Convention Center, Hanoi with the participation of high-class guests in Hanoi, leading businessmen, and big stars of the entertainment industry. Right after the Red Water Bird band immersed the audience in melodious tunes, the winner of Vietnam's Next Top Model season 7, Ngoc Chau, lit up the stage as the opening model of Vietnam International Fashion Week Fall Winter 2016 in a design that fully conveyed the spirit of "Future Now".

Designer Nguyen Cong Tri continues to be the opening designer for Vietnam International Fashion Week Fall Winter 2016. Runner-up of Vietnam's Next Top Model 2016 La Thanh Thanh in a tight-fitting outfit that seemed to dye the entire auditorium black with fringe and the words "Break the rules" attracted all the reporters' lenses. The 1m54 tall model "wandered" her way down the catwalk in her role as the first-face of the collection called "The girl of the stranger and I".

The special thing about the collection of designer Nguyen Cong Tri is that, apart from La Thanh Thanh, Kim Nhung and supermodel Thanh Hang, all the remaining models are foreign models. In the classic-inspired outfits, with delicate embellishments and multi-colored motifs, these exquisite designs have brought the capital's fashion enthusiasts back to the memories of designer Nguyen Cong Tri 10 years ago, when he was just a newcomer in the fashion industry, a designer who worked without any principles. The elegant and polite ladies and gentlemen with a noble Western style but no less fashionable and charming slowly strode to the exciting music and bright lights of the Vietnam International Fashion Week Fall Winter 2016 catwalk. With the melodious and fast-paced music, the models seemed to be walking in a luxurious and elegant space with a natural and leisurely demeanor.

When the bell rang, it was the moment when the muse, vedette Thanh Hang appeared in a sexy pink bodysuit, suggesting the trend of the times. Wearing a long but no less fashionable dress, supermodel Thanh Hang made the entire audience excited. The famous 1m12 long legs of the top supermodel of Vietnam were perfectly honored by the perfect design of designer Cong Tri.

With each step of the professional models, the designs of designer Cong Tri seemed to shine throughout the auditorium of the National Convention Center, Hanoi.
