On November 22nd, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism officially announced the launch of the "Live fully in Vietnam" program.(Live life to the fullest in Vietnam)With the aim of spreading the beauty of Vietnam to a wider audience of tourists, and at the same time stimulating those with a passion for experiences to come here to explore, to awaken all their senses and "live life to the fullest".
This program aims to mark a new step in Vietnam's efforts to revive its tourism industry and move towards economic development in the new context.
The "Live fully in Vietnam" program aims to welcome international tourists back to Vietnam after a long period of lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
To enhance the effectiveness of the "Live fully in Vietnam" campaign, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism is actively implementing promotional activities to stimulate tourism recovery, including creating promotional video clips; promoting through images and articles on international and domestic media channels, social networks, etc. Most recently, the tourism communication program on the YouTube platform with the theme "Vietnam: Travel to Love! - Live Fully in Vietnam" was implemented by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism in the context of the domestic tourism industry enthusiastically implementing activities to welcome international tourists, with the support of Google and Vinpearl.
In the video, viewers will be captivated by the charming and romantic beauty of famous beaches in Phu Quoc, Nha Trang, and Da Nang; mesmerized by the wonder of Ha Long Bay; immersed in the lush greenery of vast primeval forests; and experiencing the culture of Hoi An Ancient Town with activities such as releasing floating lanterns, singing traditional folk songs, and enjoying unique local cuisine.
Three phases of reopening to international tourists:
Phase 1 (from November 2021): pilot program to welcome tourists through all-inclusive tour packages to selected tourist areas and service facilities in 5 destinations including Phu Quoc city (Kien Giang), Khanh Hoa, Quang Nam, Da Nang and Quang Ninh.
Phase 2 (from January 2022): Expanding the scope of tourist arrivals. Tourists can participate in multi-destination tour programs after a 7-day tour at the first destination, and may add other localities if conditions are met and proposals for welcoming international tourists are made.
Phase 3: Fully reopening to the international tourist market, with the specific timing based on an assessment of the results of welcoming international tourists in the first two phases.
