The familiar bustling pace of life in Vung Tau
Unrealistically beautiful sunset
During his 10 years in Vung Tau, Tuan Thanh has explored and captured the most beautiful moments of the city. Every dawn, he immerses himself in the misty atmosphere at Nghinh Phong Cape, Con Rong Slope or Back Beach to catch the first rays of sunlight. At sunset, he goes to Dau Beach, Front Beach or along Tran Phu Street to admire the moment the sun slowly sets into the sea.
"In addition, the street scenes appearing in the pictures are on Thuy Van street, inner city corners, or taken from Big mountain, Small mountain using a specialized lens," Tuan Thanh added.
Discover Vung Tau with the locals
According to Tuan Thanh, there are two ideal times to explore Vung Tau. The first is from the end of the rainy season to the beginning of the dry season, from the end of October to the beginning of January. At this time, the trees are still green, the sky is sometimes foggy, bringing a cool and emotional space. The second is the dry season, from the end of January to the end of May, when the sky is clear, the trees turn yellow and red-brown, creating a natural scene like in a foreign country. The sunrise and sunset at this time are both very complete and beautiful.

And the beautiful sunsets of the dry season
Many interesting activities also take place on the beach.
Tuan Thanh shared: "If you pay attention or time it right, you will get pictures of mist on the mountains, the calm sea after each night's rain, or the trees turning slightly from green to yellow... enough to create very beautiful scenes in the rainy season. As for the dry season, this is also the time when the sky is clearest at both dawn and dusk. Going to the beach, up the mountain or standing at a certain angle to snipe the perfect sunrise and sunset will all give a feeling of satisfaction. Even familiar roads, streets or mountains, the sea will always match the vintage, moody colors."

Peaceful street corners

Let your mind be free to be creative.
Giving advice to tourists who want to see Vung Tau from a new perspective, Tuan Thanh expressed: "I think, if you are too familiar or have never been here for tourism, try waking up early to catch the sunrise at Nghinh Phong cape, the top of Con Rong slope, Con Heo hill, or along Bai Sau road. If you like the city, you should 'trim' a few corners in Thuy Van, or the area near the cable car, or go further along from Tran Phu to Bai Dau. The sunset is beautiful, driving to the small lighthouse on Tran Phu street to sit and chat while waiting for the sun to set, or going near Pho Da Son pagoda near Bai Dau to park the car and watch the sunset is an experience worth trying."
