The opportunity for Tran Thi Minh Thu (Hanoi) and her husband to come to Binh Dinh and start building Loiii Homestay was also very coincidental. “My husband and I are both normal office workers. Before, every time we went out, we liked to go to luxury hotels and resorts. But later, I realized that such places only lasted a few days and then got bored, and I wanted to go home, so we built Loiii as a place to return to.”
Ms. Thu's three children love the sea very much, every time they come back from the sea, they want to stay longer. After the 2023 summer vacation at a small homestay near Ganh Da Dia, the children became even more attached to the sea. Looking at the dark, healthy and happy children, Ms. Thu decided to build a small house by the sea so that her children could have beautiful childhood memories. And after only two months, that dream came true when her family owned this land and Luoii Homestay was officially born at the end of April 2024.

The construction of the homestay encountered some difficulties from the beginning when the initial design idea was not as expected. After buying the land, finding a suitable design unit cost Ms. Thu a lot of time and money. Fortunately, it was only on the second design project that she was truly satisfied and decided to implement it.
The geographical distance makes it difficult to supervise the construction process. But thanks to the help of the housekeeper, Ms. Thu is completely assured. He is not only a manager but also a reliable companion. Ms. Thu shared that every little corner of Loiii Homestay contains memorable memories and she is very happy to share this space with everyone.

Lôii Homestay is designed in a cozy Mediterranean style like your own home. With 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 shared kitchen, this is an ideal space for families and friends to gather together. Each bedroom is airy, with a view of the vast blue sea. Therefore, the living space only focuses on the necessary amenities to bring a feeling of comfort and relaxation.
“When I built Lôii, I kept thinking about what to name it. When Lôii was about to pour the roof, I visited Home. That afternoon, we had lunch at a restaurant by the sea. The restaurant was simple, with only a few tables and chairs and a few hammocks. After eating, I lay down on the hammock and said, “Oh my gosh, it was so great.” At that time, I thought that life was only this much, what more pleasure could there be? So I decided to name Home Lôii. When you come to Lôii, you just need to be lazy, lie in the hammock, lie on the sand, listen to the waves and watch the clouds float to see how beautiful life is…”, Ms. Thu confided.

“I did not build Loiii as a tourist destination, but only built Loiii with the desire to be a resting place for families and young people who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city. So, I think the best impression Loiii can leave on everyone is the peace, the freshness, the beach with clear water and the honest, simple people,” said Ms. Thu.
One of the great things about coming to Loiii Homestay is enjoying delicious dishes skillfully prepared by the housekeeper. You just need to make a request, and a sumptuous meal will be served immediately. The fragrant smell of the dishes always makes Ms. Thu's children restless, hanging around the kitchen waiting for meal time. Binh Dinh cuisine is famous everywhere and at the homestay you will fully experience the typical flavors of this land. Don't forget to prepare some change because the food here is delicious and extremely cheap, only about 5-10 thousand VND and you can enjoy a full meal.

The climate here is quite pleasant, with only two rainy months in November and December. The remaining months of the year, you can comfortably swim in the sea, enjoy the golden sunshine and cool sea breeze. However, if you come to Loiii Homestay between November and March, you should remember to prepare warm clothes and limit children from swimming in the sea for too long to avoid catching a cold.
“Loiii is like a stopover for people to come back and rest. I will only complete the landscape, trees and amenities so that people really feel like they are at home, without any intention of developing anything further. Loiii will always be a small house in the fishing village, not a small neighborhood or a small hotel in the fishing village,” Ms. Thu added.
