Wil'que began testing the model on its own property with the Wil'que Cua Bac Hotel. Controlling the entire process from human resources, finance to operations created an ideal environment to test, refine and perfect the system. The initial success led to the expansion to a second facility - Wil'que Westlake Hotel & Residence, marking the feasibility and replicability of the model.
