To get here, from Cao Bang city, follow National Highway 3 for about 12 km to Ma Phuc Pass, then turn onto Provincial Road 205 towards Tra Linh district. After about 7 km, turn left towards Thang Hen Lake to Ban Danh hamlet, Quoc Toan commune. Continue onto the trail at the foot of the mountain, and from there, walk about 1.5 km to reach the unique Thung Mountain.

Mount Eye of God is nestled among undulating rocky mountains, its base surrounded by lush green meadows that curve gracefully, creating a poetic and peaceful landscape.

Upon arriving here, you will also have the opportunity to admire a unique and fascinating landscape with 36 interconnected lakes. The unique feature is that the water levels in the lakes change with the seasons, sometimes drying up and filling up simultaneously, and this process sometimes occurs within a very short period.

Not far from here is Nam Tra Lake. The lake's surface is calm, nestled in a valley surrounded by towering mountains, making the scenery even more majestic.

The lake's water is crystal clear; looking down, you can clearly see every pebble at the bottom. Along the lake's edge, herds of goats, horses, and buffaloes graze peacefully.
From Mount Mat Than, a 15-minute walk along the trail will take you to a Tay ethnic village in Cao Bang. Here, you can learn about their traditional way of life with stilt houses, stone fences, rice fields, corn fields, herds of buffalo and cattle...

Alternatively, you can bring your own food and camp at the foot of the mountain, amidst the lush green valley, enjoying moments of relaxation and rest in a picturesque natural setting.
