1. Qatar Airlines
On Qatar Airlines' A380 aircraft, the bar is exclusively for first-class and business-class passengers. Located behind the business-class cabin, the bar features modern, spacious interiors and ample seating.
Here, passengers can order a wide variety of drinks, from wine and cocktails to mocktails. There are also some snacks available throughout the flight.
2. Emirates Airlines
Emirates Airlines' A380 aircraft also boast a very upscale bar. Located at the rear of the upper deck, this bar is reserved for first-class and business-class passengers. In addition to a special cocktail menu, the bar also offers light refreshments throughout the flight.
Recently, Emirates Airlines revamped the interior of its bar area to resemble the interior of a cruise ship, meaning it now has its own dedicated space instead of just a bench along the length of the aircraft as before.
3. Korean Air
The Korean Air bar, called the Celestial Bar, is located at the rear of the upper deck. This relaxing spot is incredibly appealing with its ample seating. The bar boasts excellent vodkas and several aviation-themed cocktails. The interior design is highly sophisticated, making every passenger in first class feel like they're aboard a futuristic spaceship.
4. Etihad Airways
Etihad Airways has a luxurious bar on its A380 aircraft, located between the first-class and business-class cabins. Called The Lobby, the bar features a circular lounge and seating area with six seats.
This isn't a traditional bar as there's no bartender. But the bar is ready to serve you anything you want in The Lobby, even afternoon tea.
5. Virgin Australia
Virgin Australia's 777-300ER features a beautiful bar located between the two business class cabins. In addition to the four stools in the bar, there are two seats behind the counter.
Virgin Australia's bar is very modern but relatively empty, as the majority of Virgin Australia's flights are overnight flights to the US.
6. Virgin Atlantic
This is the only airline in the world with a bar on all its flights. Although the bar space is small, only fitting 4-5 seats, once you're sitting there enjoying delicious cocktails and premium wines, the fatigue of waiting for over ten hours on the plane disappears.
