1. Air Canada

Air Canada is the national airline of Canada and its largest airline. The airline allows only cats and dogs on board. They must be of a suitable size and comfortable to place under the seat in front of you (they must be able to stand up and turn around). The maximum weight for the pet and its carrier is over 9 kg. The cost is $50-$59 USD per one-way trip (excluding taxes) or $100 USD per one-way trip (excluding taxes), depending on the destination. This applies to both international and domestic flights.

2. Air France

Air France is the national airline of France. The airline stipulates that pets allowed on board are small dogs and cats with a maximum weight of approximately 7.7 kg, including the carrier bag. However, guide dogs are allowed any weight. Since November 2017, the airline has prohibited passengers from bringing enclosed containers containing pets on board. Note that pets are not accepted on business class flights on intercontinental routes. The cost is $153.56 for flights departing from the United States. This condition applies to both domestic and international flights.

4. Delta

Dogs, cats (domestic and international), and pet birds (domestic flights only) must be 10 weeks old for domestic travel and 16 weeks old for international flights. There is no maximum weight limit for pets, but they must be small enough to fit comfortably under the seat. The cost is $125 per way (North American flights) and $200 per way (international flights).

5. JetBlue
