From August 15th to September 30th, 2015, Corso Steakhouse & Bar presented the "Australian Wagyu Beef Cuisine" program, featuring premium dishes such as "Smoked Wagyu Beef Ribs with Special Seasoning," "Wagyu Beef Tenderloin Wrapped in Smoked Bacon," and "Grilled Wagyu Beef Sirloin," prepared to customer specifications and served with a choice of sauces such as pink peppercorn cream sauce, oyster mushroom sauce, or red wine sauce with shallots.
