Authentic Hue cuisine at The Hue House

Hue is famous among both domestic and international tourists as the former imperial capital of Vietnam. Visiting Hue offers people the opportunity to learn about the culture and customs of Vietnam's feudal dynasties over the centuries, as well as its unique cuisine.

With the aim of introducing Hue culture to everyone, The Hue House, modeled after an ancient Hue garden house, will attract visitors with simple traditional dishes, from clam rice, banh beo, banh bot loc, banh nam, beef noodle soup, grilled pork noodle soup... characteristic of Hue, to other famous Vietnamese dishes such as Hoi An cao lau, Quang noodles, beef wrapped in betel leaves, spring rolls, banh dap, grilled pork skewers...

At The Hue House, diners not only gain a deeper understanding of Hue culture through the restaurant's cuisine and distinctive Hue architecture, but also enjoy panoramic views of Saigon from above.
