To mark the 122nd festive season of Vietnam's oldest and most renowned hotel, offering guests a heartwarming reunion with family and loved ones, Metropole Hanoi introduces a range of special festive culinary programs with a selection of wine and Champagne pairings.
The space is filled with the vibrant colors of a winter wonderland with the theme "The Little Tin Soldier Fairy Tale".
Throughout the Christmas and New Year season, Metropole Hanoi will host a variety of special culinary events at the hotel's restaurants and bars, including the newly renovated French restaurant Le Beaulieu, the Le Club bar and the Angelina whisky restaurant-bar-lounge, and “A Wonderland by Le Beaulieu,” the redecorated Spices Garden restaurant with a terrace overlooking the hotel's gardens and pool.
Many special culinary events will take place at the hotel's restaurants and bars.
Christmas Eve. Four special Christmas dinners will take place on December 24th:
- Christmas Eve dinner at Le Beaulieu
- Christmas Eve dinner at Angelina
- Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet at Le Club
- Christmas Eve BBQ Dinner at “A Wonderland by Le Beaulieu”
Christmas Day. Christmas Day lunch and dinner series will take place on December 25th at the hotel's restaurants:

- Christmas Eve dinner at Le Beaulieu
- Christmas Eve dinner in Angelina
- Christmas Day BBQ Dinner at “A Wonderland by Le Beaulieu”
- Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet at Le Club
December 30th. A special New Year's Eve dinner will be served at Angelina restaurant starting at 7 PM:
New Year's Eve. A farewell dinner to the old year and a welcome dinner to the new year 2023:
- New Year's Eve dinner at Angelina.
- New Year's Eve countdown party at Angelina (from 11 PM)
- New Year's Eve countdown party at Bamboo Bar (from 11 PM)
- New Year's Eve Dinner at Le Beaulieu
- New Year's Eve BBQ Dinner at "A Wonderland by Le Beaulieu"
- New Year's Eve dinner at Le Club (with two time slots: 6 PM and 8:45 PM)
