Good news for food lovers of Cantonese cuisine! From April 11th to 22nd, 2016, New World Saigon Hotel will introduce diners to the flavors of Cantonese cuisine from Shunde, known as the "cradle" of Cantonese gastronomy.

New World Saigon Hotel welcomes two guest chefs –Deng Yi MingandLiang Zhong Sheng– performers from the New World Shunde Hotel will showcase their skillful techniques at the hotel's restaurants.

Whether dining for lunch or dinner at Dynasty restaurant, with à la carte or six-course set menus paired with wine, diners can enjoy signature dishes from Shunde such as roasted suckling pig, premium grouper, fish fillet soup, and baked durian cake. Prices are VND480,000 and VND560,000 per person.
