Good news for diners who love Cantonese cuisine, from April 11 to 22, 2016, New World Saigon Hotel introduces to diners the Cantonese flavors from the Shunde region, known as the “cradle” of Cantonese cuisine.

New World Saigon Hotel welcomes two guest chefs –Deng Yi MingandLiang Zhong Sheng– from New World Shunde Hotel will demonstrate their skills at the hotel's restaurants.

Whether dining at Dynasty for lunch or dinner, with a la carte menu or six-course set menus paired with wine, diners can enjoy Shunde specialties such as roast suckling pig, premium grouper, fish fillet soup and grilled durian cake. Prices are VND480,000 and VND560,000 per person.
