Azerai La Residence Hue gets a new look.

The highlight of phase two is the upgrade of the suite where Japanese Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko stayed during their visit to the ancient capital of Hue in 2017.

During the renovation process, Le Parfum restaurant was temporarily moved to the 3rd floor of the west building for three months, and has now reopened at its original location, ready to serve diners with a new menu featuring authentic local cuisine.

The entire building's air conditioning and heating systems have also been upgraded with a completely new and advanced system, reducing energy consumption by approximately 15%.

The meeting room facilities at Azerai La Residence Hue have also been upgraded with modern audiovisual equipment. The hotel now has three meeting rooms with different capacities to suit various needs: a large meeting room accommodating 70-80 people, a medium meeting room for 15-20 people, and a small meeting room for 10 people. All meeting rooms offer views of the hotel's garden and swimming pool.

The completion of phase two also concludes a year of significant achievements for the 122-room hotel located on the picturesque Perfume River. In 2019, Azerai La Residence Hue won several prestigious awards, including: being named one of TIME's World's 100 Greatest Places, and one of the Top 10 Hotels in Asia by readers of the renowned travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler in October.

Following two comprehensive hotel renovations in February and November 2019, the hotel also plans to upgrade its main art-deco building, constructed in 1930 and formerly part of the French Governor's residence, in early 2020.
