A significant increase in tourist numbers is predicted during the upcoming National Day holiday on September 2nd. To ensure the legitimate rights and interests of tourists when using tourism services, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued the following recommendations for tourists.

Tourists need to carefully research information about special tour packages, especially those with cheaper-than-normal prices, and choose tourism service providers that meet legal requirements: They must possess a Business Registration Certificate, a Domestic and International Travel Service Business License, a Decision recognizing the classification of the tourist accommodation establishment, and a document notifying the results of the inspection of minimum conditions regarding technical facilities and services of the tourist accommodation establishment issued by a competent state agency.

Proactively verify the information in the travel contract (booking confirmation, quality, service price, duration, tour program, tour guide; facilities of the accommodation establishment, etc.).

Actively seek information about organizations and individuals providing tourism services on their websites:http://csdl.vietnamtourism.gov.vn/.
