3. Chà Lòi Cave
For trekking enthusiasts, the Chà Lòi cave is a must-see. It was once visited by a great national general and served as an important refuge for revolutionary soldiers in the past. This historically significant cave is located next to the Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park and belongs to Ngan Thuy commune, Le Thuy district. In particular, Chà Lòi Cave boasts both dry and wet sections, possessing a mysterious and enchanting beauty with layers of beautiful, shimmering golden stalactites. When camping in Chà Lòi Cave by the small stream, you will feel the captivating breath of nature and the refreshing air like never before.
4. Ziplining through the Kong sinkhole cave.
Exploring the summit of the Kong sinkhole is perhaps the most challenging adventure tour in Vietnam today, featuring a 100-meter zipline experience. This journey requires hours of walking through narrow trails amidst the Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park, with continuous uphill and downhill slopes.
Only a select few have had the chance to conquer the eye socket of the Kong sinkhole with the experience of zip-lining from a height of 100 meters. This ultimate adventure is a fantastic combination of experiences such as hiking through the primeval forest, climbing over rocks, swimming in dark caves, camping in caves, and especially zip-lining to explore the cave.
The exploration of the Kong sinkhole is not suitable for tourists with poor health, fear of heights, and fear of darkness.
Currently in Vietnam, there are no adventure tours that truly incorporate ziplining as part of the cave exploration experience. Exploring the Kong Sinkhole is incredibly exciting, a place where you can test your limits. This journey is only for those who are truly passionate about exploration and want to conquer extreme challenges for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Exploring the Kong Pha sinkhole is not suitable for visitors with a history of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, asthma, bone and joint problems, or those with acrophobia (fear of heights) and fear of darkness. Visitors will be required to undergo a health check before departure.
