At the Temple of Literature, the ticket area at the main gate will be marked with lines so that visitors can line up 1 meter apart; information boards on Covid-19 prevention and control will be prepared in Vietnamese, English, and French and placed at the entrances and stops. Visitors must wear masks, have their temperature taken, and wash their hands with antiseptic solution before entering, and groups of visitors will be limited to no more than 30 people.
"We have determined that our top priority when reopening is still ensuring epidemic prevention. The number of visitors is expected to decrease significantly compared to before," said Mr. Le Xuan Kieu, Director of the Center for Cultural and Scientific Activities of the Temple of Literature.
Previously, relics and scenic spots in Hanoi were temporarily closed from March 13 to prevent the epidemic.
At Hoa Lo Prison Relic Site, accompanying the reopening is the thematic exhibition "Aspiration for Freedom", with 3 exhibition contents including: Chains, Wings in the Night and Song of Peace.
Also from May 12, President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum continues to open to welcome compatriots and international visitors to visit Uncle Ho.
